Experience:
Francisca began her professional career in 2014, at the Cubillos Evans studio. She then worked as a lawyer in the prosecutor’s office of the Public Procurement and Contracting Directorate and in the Legal Division of the Undersecretariat of Labor, and later joined the Ibarra&Asociados firm and as an associate at Aylwin Matta.
Education:
Graduate in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, with two votes of distinction. Master (LLM) in Regulatory Law from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, and has a postgraduate diploma in Regulation and Public Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Chile.
