Experience:

Alexander has concentrated his professional practice advising on engineering, construction and service contracts in the industrial, public works and concessions areas, leading multiple bidding and project contracting processes; contract and claims management; Dispute Boards, expert opinions and arbitrations.

He served as Prosecutor and Head of the Legal Division of the Coordination of Public Works Concessions, of the Ministry of Public Works, between the years 2014-2017. Prior to that he was Social Director of the NGO Techo-Haiti and then of Techo-Chile.

He was part of the Ibarra&Asociados firm, later becoming a partner lawyer at Aylwin Matta.

Education 

Alexander has a degree in Legal and Social Sciences from the Diego Portales University, a degree he obtained with distinction. Master of Laws (LLM) in Competition Law from King’s College London University, United Kingdom. He also has the Global Competitive Leadership Program, McDonough Business School at Georgetown University, United States.
