Experience:
Rodolfo has more than 15 years of experience advising public organizations, corporations and various companies on corporate law, regulation, concessions and PPPs. He was Legal Advisor to the Directorate of Public Works Concessions and has participated in the study and development of regulations regarding public works concessions both in Chile and abroad, as well as analysis of bidding bases, road and environmental impact studies. . In addition, he has training in corporate law, participating in important M&A and financing operations, both in Chile and abroad, as part of the corporate area of the CMS Carey&Allende studio. He is currently a professor of the Regulated Markets chair at the Austral University of Chile.
He was part of the Ibarra&Asociados firm, later becoming a partner lawyer at Aylwin Matta.
Education:
Rodolfo has a degree in Legal and Social Sciences from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and a Master’s Degree (LLM) in Regulatory Law from the same university.

Catalina began her career as a solicitor at the Rodríguez y Fontena firm. She then worked as a lawyer at the Vermehren & Cia firm, in corporate, corporate and real estate matters.
Graduate in Law from the Adolfo Ibáñez University. She was a professor of the Forensic Skills course, Compliance assistant and Postgraduate Private Law section of the same University. He currently works as an assistant to a Fondecyt initiation program in Immigration Law.
