ROBERTO CIFUENTES ALLEL

He has developed his professional practice mainly in Commercial and Corporate Law. He has also had a significant participation in the field of Foreign Investment. He has represented various European Banks in Chile, including DekaBank of Germany, Sarasin of Switzerland, and SEB of Sweden, among others. He has worked in both the public and private sectors. He was a Personal Advisor to President Patricio Aylwin on International Matters. He was also Ambassador of Chile to Germany. In the academic field, he taught Economic Law at the Faculty of Legal Sciences of the Universidad de Chile, Valparaíso, and was a Professor of Political Science at the Universidad de Chile. He has published various articles and books in Spanish and German.
