He works as a strategic advisor for companies and government institutions, with a special focus on public law, negotiation, public-private collaboration, and institutional relations. He has extensive experience advising State Ministers, implementing strategic projects for public entities, and resolving conflicts between companies and state bodies. He was Chief of Advisors for the Ministries of the Interior and Public Security, and National Defense; he worked in the international arbitration team of Freshfields, Bruckhaus Deringer in Washington DC, and at the law firm Navarrete y Cía. in Santiago, advising economic groups on corporate matters and asset reorganizations.

- Advised Chilean startups in negotiations with investors in China and in their acquisition by a foreign company.
- Advised a Latin American Fintech company on redesigning its business model to
comply with regulatory requirements. - Represented companies in international arbitrations with seats in
Santiago, Washington DC, New York, and Stockholm. - He has taught courses on CommercialArbitration and Private International Law.
