Jorge has focused his professional practice on corporate and business law, advising individuals and companies on corporate structuring and reorganization, board participation, succession planning for family business management, as well as general inheritance and real estate transactions, aimed at wealth optimization and business continuity. He has been an advisor to major national economic groups, both during their growth and corporate stabilization, standing out in corporate advisory and commercial and labor negotiations, as well as in labor and civil litigation. He is an expert in corporate, company, labor, construction, real estate development, community, project, and infrastructure matters. Previously, he worked at the law firm Bitrán, Breitling, Pollak, Galemiri y Rosenberg, then Breitling y Rosenberg (1980-2010), and was Legal Manager of the Santa Beatriz Business Group (2010-2013).
